Pictured below is our standard model floor lamp. What makes our lamp unique is the ornate covering of decorative knots. Various Turk heads, knots, sennits, and braids are used in the construction. Typically, it takes 2-3 days to cover the lamp depending on the types and style of covering. We offer our lamps in a variety of colors and will soon add additional lamp styles to our selections.
There seem to be as many knots as there are scales on a mermaid's tail. In our photo below, there are a variety of Turk's head knots, French spiral hitching, overhand grafting, coach whipping, and 3-strand doubled cockscomb to name but a few.
Covering these lamps with tight and symmetrical ornamentation is a time consuming process which can take days to complete. We 'give no quarter' when it comes to providing you with the quality you deserve. When you purchase our items, you can be confident you are getting nothing but the best.
