Any stock item that you are not completely satisfied with may be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, and any taxes paid. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Please note that our return policy excludes full refunds on custom orders. If you are dissatisfied with your custom purchase, please contact us directly to give us the opportunity to resolve the problem. Prices paid for custom purchases are non-refundable. Our reasoning, is that it can take months to build a model for example. Or days to cover an item such as a bistro table with ornamental rope work. Generally, the model of your choice may not be of specific interest on the market and resale can be extremely difficult. A partial refund may be considered on a case by case basis.
